From the Seed to the Tree

Since 2012, it has been the homegrown effort of Cody Johnson, Owner and Operator of Carolina Scapes, LLC, to plant a seed for his community and neighbors. A true local, Cody was raised to know the value of honesty and hard work. His loyalty to his clients comes with the desire to treat his neighbors as you would yourself. Over the years, Cody has been the boots on the ground, working alongside many in the Triangle Area to create the landscape retreat of their dreams.

Starting out as nothing more than a young kid’s dream, Carolina Scapes has bloomed into an educated, team driven business dedicated to serving the community. Getting their hands dirty in the Carolina soil, Cody and his team take the time to understand what each and every client’s individual needs are, and then work to see it come to fruition. With above and beyond service, years of experience under his belt, and three agricultural degrees from NC State, you are in good hands with Cody and the Carolina Scapes team. We hired Carolina Scapes to landscape the front and side of our house several years ago. Cody listened to what we were looking for, gave us excellent suggestions with a variety of plants/shrubs. All of our shrubs and plants have matured and look amazing. We had Cody come back and install azaleas and lighting last year. His pricing was fair, he gave us quality work with a finished product that was beautiful! I was particularly impressed with is attention to detail and the professionalism of him and his crews. They showed up when they said they would and didn't leave until we were 100% satisfied. We couldn't have been any happier with the finished product!

We remain absolutely sold on Carolina Scapes. Cody and his teams are true professionals. They have taken a shabby yard and decaying deck and turned it all into a true paradise --complete with towering magnolias, a dry creek bed for drainage, and a wide range of other plants. And butterflies and hummingbirds love all the tasty butterfly bushes they've planted for us!!
